Made in various combinations from 1/4" through 4 1/2", all with hex wrenching feature. Female thread is always smaller than male thread which restricts some combinations from being made as bushings. Generally furnished tapered pipe thread (NPT) one end with hose thread on other end. Hose thread on both sides is available in limited sizes.
